WHY are we doing it? The 30 Day Challenge really begins with knowing your WHY and exploring it. WHY are you doing Tai Chi? Every answer is correct as long as it is YOUR answer and not someone else's. Are you wanting to attain the many health benefits that Tai Chi has to offer? Are you someone who needs a movement-based meditation because you just can't sit still? Is taking a class one of your ways to fill your social needs? Are you just beginning to exercise again and Tai Chi is gentle enough for you ? |
Whatever your WHY is , and there may be several, there is only one true Key to Success in fulfilling that WHY. That key is CONSISTENCY . And that is what the 30 DAY TAI CHI CHALLENGE is all about. Doing a little bit every day, connecting every day to our practice in some way....that's what we will commit to for this 30 Day Challenge.
Your mission , should you choose to accept it, is to consciously connect daily to Tai Chi in whatever way you like. Use this month to be consistent with your Tai Chi practice. Be sure to open your mind to broaden your personal definition of "practice".
