Skeptical Student Blown Away by Elimination of Knee Pain After Only 6 Weeks of E-Z Tai Chi for Health

Two weeks ago, a very pleased, very excited  Ellen J. of Heath, MA came to class with a story she couldn't wait to share.  Our whole class was so blown away that we asked her to please write it so that we might put it here to inspire others.  Here is her story , in her own words:
December 28,2011
1) After about 6 weeks or so of Tai Chi for Health (Arthritis plus), I had decided to quit because I wasn't gaining anything other than tingling at the ends of my fingers.
2) Then things began happening:
     A) 1st I noticed my knees weren't creeking when I had to crawl under a sink at work to replace soap.
2nd my knees didn't hurt so much going down hill or down stairs
     B) Tingling of my fingers moved into my hands
     C) Body temp. going up; noticed it when I went to bed at night and while working (ed. note: Ellen said that she was always very very cold before)
     D)  Feet are getting hot
     E) Flat stomach, "due to nerves quieting down". Helps me eat some foods I haven't been able to.
     F) More postive attitude which to me indicates better brain activity.
I practice Tai Chi at least twice a day and sometimes 3 or 4 times.  Of course now I'm sticking with it and learning more moves and trying to improve on the moves I've learned so far.
Ellen J. , Heath, Ma.

WOW!  Are you as inspired by this as I am????   I wish you all were there to see how excited she was.  Ellen was experiencing all the health benefits that clinical studies demonstrated when people practiced daily.  I don't know about you, but I 'm stepping up my program!
