Several of my friends called me to say that they saw my name at the Body Shoppe in Greenfield and it made them smile. I was left wondering if my friends were all having to go for physical therapy or perhaps they were pursuing a New Year's resolution at the gym. I knew my name was on the board inside.
When I got to my class, I learned what had made my friends smile......there it was : this superstar EZ Tai Chi with my name in BIG letters just below it, on the billboard outside The Body Shoppe!
EZ Tai Chi for Health is a very easy to learn, easy to do form of Tai Chi that has been proven to give extraordinary health benefits in a very short time. I am certainly hoping that folks will be curious enough to turn in and take the class, instead of driving on by!
